This policy covers the information you share with us on vortexlabsia.com. Taskia and Memora are also Vortex Labs products, and each one has its own policy on its own site.
Who is responsible. Vortex Labs, the trade name of a business registered in Uruguay under tax ID (RUT) 221051150013, located at Calle Esmeralda, Maldonado 20000, Uruguay. You can reach us at info@vortexlabsia.com.
What we collect
When you fill out the contact form, we get your name, your email and your message. It reaches us as an email to info@vortexlabsia.com and is never stored in a database. To prevent abuse, we keep your IP address as an irreversible hash, and that record is deleted the next day.
When you chat with the assistant on this site, we keep what you write and any contact details you leave if you ask us to get back to you. To prevent abuse, your IP address and a random ID your browser creates are stored as irreversible hashes and deleted after two days.
We never ask for ID documents or card details, we don't build advertising profiles, and we don't sell anyone's data.
How we use it
To reply to you and, if you ask for a quote, to put one together. That's all.

Cookies
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The assistant stores two things in your browser. One is the conversation ID, which is cleared when you close the tab. The other is the random ID mentioned above, which stays until you clear this site's data.
How long we keep it
The IP and browser hashes, one or two days. Emails and conversations, for as long as we're in touch with you or working on a project together. If you ask us to delete them, we will.
Your rights
Uruguay's data protection law (Law 18,331) gives you the right to know what data we hold about you, to correct it and to have it deleted. Email us at info@vortexlabsia.com and we'll reply within five business days. If you want to file a complaint, the supervisory authority in Uruguay is the Unidad Reguladora y de Control de Datos Personales (URCDP). If you're writing from the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the same rights, and you can exercise them through the same address.
Children
This site handles business inquiries from adults. If we learn that a minor's information was submitted, we delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too.
